Role Purpose

The inside sales representative role is to deliver and drive excellency in delivering Connector Trade value propositions to our customers in supporting Sales & Profit growth. Deliver customer centricity by providing positive customer experience end to end from pre-sales to post sales activities for our high value customers. Deliver high touch, high engagement, solution-focused to our valuable customers.

Key Accountabilities

  •       Work closely with Account Managers and responsible for Monthly Billing target and Margin target achievement.
  •       Responsible for commercial priorities by delivering the needful priorities to our customers to strengthen our revenue in this area.  This includes involvement in bids, contract negotiation, and e-Solution adoption. Well understand customer needs and provide professional and gracious service to customer.
  •      On day to day, responsible for quotations and follow up emails and calls. For email and quotation, our service level to response to customer is within same day
  •    Support and improve customer experience with e-Solution.  Work closely with Account Managers and e-Solution partner to improve on adoption rate.
  •     Deliver a high performance culture with consistent standard and quality for your customers.
  •     Identify sales opportunity, for instance any buy signal during the communication. Enhance upselling and crossing selling where feasible.
  •     Deliver better results through the Company sales program – campaign, discount, and cross selling opportunity.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications Required


  •    Good experience in B2B telesales. 
  •    Passionate with Customer Relationship and account development
  •    Excellent communication skills both internal and external.
  •    Prefer bachelor degree.
  •    Ability to speak Portuguese is essential
  •    Demonstrated experience in working in Electronic Industry
